Lovely relaxing breakfast, food good and reasonable prices.
Lovely food, cooked to order. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is good. A real bonus is the cats that live on the property. They are friendly too and do not compromise the hygiene at all. A very clean and charming environment. Highly recommended.
Always a pleasant atmosphere and a great breakfast, made to feel welcome every time we visit. There’s seating outside overlooking the lake and some shade provided by some triangular sails.
Always happy to drop in here for a ploughmams and glass of bubbles for chats.Gary always does a excellent job nothing to much trouble.Relaxing & fabulous to sit out in front of the lakes.Prices very reasonable.
Lovely friendly and delicious food. I'm coeliac and always well catered for. The milkshakes are delicious and you will never see such an extensive choice. The owners and severs are extremely helpful and the foods delicious. They have some resident cats that they have taken in and some chickens, ducks they have adopted. You don't have to fish to visit. Great meeting spot. In the summer it's great for children, with lots of space to play and seating outside. Always a popular fishing lake too. Highly reccomend.
Found this little gem - and didn't expect to find this view on my way out of Totton! Small fishing lodge cafe sitting amidst 3 lakes and beautiful views. Service staff were lovely and attentive; happy to chat but not disturbing at all. Wide variety of milkshakes to choose from, after a lovely Full English Breakfast. Will definitely come back.
First time I have visited the lake's for many years..long before the Café existed.I'm blown away with the Café. Such a wide range of food on the menu to suit most people.Really friendly and helpful staff, gave it a more personal approach and the café itself was beautifully presented with gorgeous pictures of the lake's taken at different seasons and such cozy and comfortable seating. There's outdoor seating for warmer weather.Very pleasantly surprised by this beautiful little gem of a placeGreat for a celebration or just a catch up with your friends and/or family.Definitely one of my new favourite places..including the wildlife and rescue cat's and chickens.I highly recommend that you go there and experience it for yourselves.
My mum is a regular and while I was childminding she took me and my charge there. What a lovely little cafe, hidden in the middle of nowhere. They were very friendly with all of us, especially the little one who they let go behind counter and choose drink as she's difficult.Mum and I sat and chatted while the little one explored the outside, petted the cats and enjoyed herself. Will be going back when I go back that way again in the future.
